Il n’est jamais trop tôt pour apprendre les gestes des premiers secours. Et il n’est jamais trop tard pour critiquer une appli !
Un pique-nique a couper le souffle ! est sortie en 2015. Cette application avait été créée dans le cadre du projet « Kids save lives« soutenu par l’OMS. Et elle n’a pas pris une ride. Son objectif est de montrer aux enfants qu’en cas d’arrêt cardiaque ou d’obstruction des voies respiratoires, il faut aussitôt agir.
Une histoire interactive
Les enfants vont le comprendre en écoutant et regardant les aventures d’animaux de la forêt qui préparent ensemble un grand pique-nique de printemps.
Dans la maison des écureuils, les parents confectionnent une tarte tandis que les enfants se chamaillent et se disputent une noisette… tant et si bien que la petite sœur finit par l’avaler tout rond.
Un peu plus loin, un ours gourmand et voleur de miel, fait un malaise devant son ami renard.
Dans les deux situations bien sûr, parents, amis et secouristes vont intervenir rapidement et à bon escient. Le propos n’est pas médical mais clair, et tout à fait adapté à de jeunes enfants, dés 4 ans.
Un jeu de mise en pratique
En page d’accueil, les enfants vont également accéder à un jeu de mise en pratique, d’une durée de trois minutes à chaque fois : il s’agit de sauver le plus d’animaux possible, soit en aidant l’ours à revenir à lui, soit en aidant la maman écureuil à secourir son petit. Des jeux (trop) répétitifs mais faits pour ancrer le discours.
