Descriptif :
- L’ONF, l’office national du film du Canada nous offre Traversées, un voyage, une ballade surfeuse et poétique, une « excursion animée à travers la poésie du paysage » afin de trouver des fragments poétiques perdus et de restaurer les souvenirs de la nature.
- Cette aventure en ligne – un jeu ? plutôt une expérience artistique – a été créée par Matt DesLauriers et illustrée par Tiffany Beucher.
- Nous guidons à l’écran un personnage vêtu d’une grande cape rouge brodée d’or, lutin ou lutine curieux. Ce petit être part en quête de symboles déposés entre herbes rases ou arbres rouges. Ici un zéphir, là une étoile ou une lune qui créent les uns après les autres de courtes phrases poétiques :

Dans le vent
- Traversées nous promène dans un paysage naturel changeant et passant les saisons, et nous invite ainsi à admirer la beauté, du mot et du paysage. L’expérience est aléatoire : chaque traversée crée des strophes poétiques différentes, six tercets au final qui permettent à notre lutin.e de rendre à l’arbre originel sa superbe.

- Cette expérience onirique invite au calme et à l’écoute. Les oiseaux pépient, la brise se lève, la musique nous enveloppe : nous voici partis pour une exploration libre de grands paysages ocres, verts ou bleus grâce à notre petit elfe, traverseur de saisons et accoucheur de mots. Les initiés y reconnaîtront un peu de Samorost ou de Journey, de ces personnages qui savent savourer le voyage plutôt que la destination.
- Les enfants de tout âge apprécieront la promenade !
